About the Role

Due to continued growth and internal expansion, we're looking for a new District Owner for Amsterdam — currently the most successful of our three districts (Amsterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven).

This is a hands-on entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to run their own business while benefiting from an established brand, proven business model and central support team.

As District Owner, you will be responsible for all bookings in and around Amsterdam and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations of bookings and events
Client communication before, during and after events
Setting up and styling luxury picnics and event decorations
Welcoming customers and ensuring an outstanding experience
Logistics, packing, transportation and inventory management
Cleaning and maintaining event materials
Creating photo and video content during bookings
Proactively identifying new partnership and sales opportunities

Optional:

Supporting local marketing campaigns
Content creation and social media initiatives

Must-Haves

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership
Passion for hospitality, events and attention to detail
Fluent English communication skills
Valid driving licence
Flexible availability, including weekends
Access to a car (own vehicle preferred)

Nice-to-Haves

Dutch language skills
Storage space for part of the event inventory
Experience in hospitality, events, event styling or related industries
Existing network of potential customers or partners

Most importantly, you focus on executing bookings and growing your local network, while the Bocaditos team supports you with marketing, campaigns, planning, branding and operational infrastructure.

Financial Opportunity

As a District Owner, you earn based on a transparent revenue-sharing model:

A 10% operational fee is applied to each booking (covering central support, systems, inventory, marketing and brand infrastructure)
The remaining revenue is shared, where you receive 80% of the net amount after this fee

What Success Looks Like

Managing 10–20 bookings per month during peak season (April–September). You or your/our team.
Building strong local partnerships and customer relationships
Creating memorable experiences that generate referrals and repeat business
Maintaining a flexible schedule with weekend availability
Earning approximately €2,000–€4,000 per month with a part-time time investment of roughly 16–24 hours per week during peak season
