Bocaditos is a world of luxury picnics and aesthetically decorated events. We decorate picnics and events & deliver delicious and good-looking food. Especially when people want to go for a bit more extra then usual. With that we help people celebrating important moments in their life, like birthdays, babyshowers, wedding proposals and gender reveals.

Responsibilities

Content Planning and Creation:

• Develop and execute a content calendar for all social media channels.
• Create relevant content for platforms such as Instagram & TikTok.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and monitor social media channels daily.
• Engage with the online community, including many influencers, by answering questions, responding to comments and messages.
• Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytical tools and report the results.

Creative Strategy and Brainstorming:

• Contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies.
• Initiate and develop new content ideas and campaigns to increase engagement.

Collaborations and Influencer Marketing:

• Assist in setting up and managing collaborations with influencers and partners.
• Research and identify potential influencers that align with the brand.

Picnic Bookings:

• Help set up and prepare picnic bookings for our clients, including influencers, for events like baby showers, birthdays, gender reveals, etc.

Optional Responsibilities

Visual Design:

• Design visual content such as images and videos.
• Ensure a consistent brand identity in all visual expressions.
• Use graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or alternatives like Canva.

Trend Research and Analysis:

• Follow the latest trends and developments in social media and digital marketing, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Proactively make recommendations for improvements and innovations.

Email Marketing:

• Assist in setting up and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Segment audiences and personalize content for newsletters.

SEO and Website Content:

• Optimize content for search engines (SEO).
• Update the website with new content and visuals.

Must-Haves

• A good dose of enthusiasm.
• Passion for pixel-perfect designs, marketing, content creation, visual design, TikTok, and influencers.
• Ability to communicate in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with and knowledge of various social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Nice to Haves

• Driver's license
• Experience in hospitality
• Currently enrolled in a relevant study, such as Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a similar field.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or social media management tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Canva
• Experience with video development for social media
