Which locations are possible for a pop-up picnic?

We know many of thebest spots in Amsterdam. You can select one of these locations whenbooking. However, because it's a pop-up picnic service, we can set up anywhere. From your backyard to the beach or the park. For now we only provide our services in the Netherlands.

How far in advance do I need to book a pop-up picnic experience?

Latest one day before. While booking, you can easily reserve your spot in our calendar. If your spot is not available anymore, just give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Can I customize my picnic experience?

Yes. We offer several decoration styles for your picnic to choose from, like birthday, gender reveal, babyshower, bachelorette or wedding.

On top of that we offer several add-ons to personalize and customize your unique picnic experience.

Can't you find all your specific wishes? Just give us a heads-up and we can probably fix it.

What happens if it rains on the day of my picnic?

A picnic experience is the nicest without bad weather like rain. Unfortunately, like you, we also can't change the weather. If the weather forecast expects bad weather, we leave it up to you if you want to continue.

Therefore we introduced a fair cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation <24 hrs before - free rebooking or 70% refund
  • Cancellation 24-48 hrs before - free rebooking or 80% refund
  • Cancellation >48 hrs before - free rebooking or 90% refund

Because of food preparations the cancellation policy for food is as follows:

  • Cancellation <24 hrs before - 30% refund
  • Cancellation >24 hrs before - free rebooking or 90% refund

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests for a picnic booking?

No. With our booking tool you can select up to 20 people. If your booking is bigger, just give us a call and we will arrange it for you :)
